Lucky customer, Mohammad Nur Hisyamuddin bin Mohammad Isa turned out to be the lucky one out of the 10 finalists of the Royal Treats Grand Draw, a campaign organised by Boustead Sdn Bhd, the authorised distributor of Suzuki vehicles in Brunei Darussalam.
As the grand winner of the Royal Treats Grand Draw held yesterday at Suzuki Gadong Showroom, Mohammad Nur Hisyamuddin walked away with 1,000,000 Royal Skies Miles.
Muhammad Nur Hisyamuddin from Kampong Sungai Teraban, Belait District, had purchased a Suzuki Grand Vitara in April leading to his participation of the draw campaign.
He said the vehicle’s spacious interior and comfortable design were among the main reasons he chose the model.
Recalling his visit to the showroom, Muhammad Nur Hisyamuddin said he had not expected to win anything at the time, although he had a feeling that he might be lucky.
“Alhamdulillah, it turned out to be my rezeki to win,” he said.
As the win came as an unexpected surprise, he said he would discuss with his family how best to make use of the prize, particularly with the upcoming school holiday.
He also praised the service provided by the showroom’s consultant, describing the staff as knowledgeable about the product and highly satisfactory in handling his purchase.
Muhammad Nur Hisyamuddin expressed his appreciation to Suzuki and the consultant for their good service and assistance throughout the purchasing process.
The Royal Treats promotion rewarded customers who purchased a Suzuki vehicle between January 15 and April 30, 2026, drawing close to 400 registrations over the promotion period with the 10 finalists selected and revealed live on Instagram on July 10, 2026.
At the Grand Draw, the 10 finalists took part in a live, transparent draw on stage, with the random name draw conducted by Haji Shameon bin Tamil (Manager, Sales, Insurans Islam TAIB) and Haji Amir bin Haji Abd Razak (Sales, Insurans Islam TAIB).
The remaining nine finalists each received consolation rewards, including fuel and dining vouchers, along with the choice of a complimentary vehicle servicing or an entry into the Boustead 70th Anniversary Half Marathon.
The 1,000,000 Royal Skies Miles prize gives Mohammad Nur Hisyamuddin the equivalent of up to 31 return flights to Singapore, 28 return flights to Bangkok, Thailand, or 22 return flights to Tokyo, Japan and Seoul, South Korea, opening the door to years of travel possibilities.
