The Brunei Darussalam contingent comprising Wushu; Pencak Silat; Swimming and Weightlifting teams returned home after participating in the 33rd Southeast Asian Games in Bangkok, Thailand.
Present at the Brunei International Airport to welcome the national contingent was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Nazmi Mohamad, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports. The national Wushu athletes won one gold medal, one silver and two bronze medals. While the Pencak Silat athletes took home one silver medal.
