A number of people may enjoy Japanese cuisine called sushi, but may not know the history and evolution of one of the most iconic dishes in the Land of the Rising Sun.
To give an in-depth exposure on the specialty and uniqueness of sushi, an exhibition called 'I Love Sushi' is held at the Malay Technology Museum. The exhibition will not only attract the local's interest on learning Japan's tradition, it also helps to strengthen bilateral ties between Brunei Darussalam and Japan through culture.
The exhibition acts as an avenue to introduce the history and popular cuisine of Japan to the world, including Brunei Darussalam.
