The rice production farm of the Kampung Limau Manis Consultative Council was the focus of a study visit by a group from the Centre for Strategic and Policy Studies, CSPS Youth Training Programme on Bio-Circular-Green, BCG Agriculture and Food Systems for Food Security.
The programme is conducted under the BIMP-EAGA-Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund. Present was His Excellency Sun Nahmkook, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the country. Such a programme aimed to inspire young people to play an active role in determining the future of the food industry in the country and empower the next generation of Bruneian agri-preneurs. The CSPS research project is the first time Brunei Darussalam received an award from the BIMP-EAGA-Republic of Korea Cooperation Fund.
