Sufri Bolkiah Secondary School received Visit from Singapore Students

 

 


 

The Malay Language Immersion Programme for Singaporean Students to Brunei Darussalam is expected to have a significant impact in upholding the Malay Language and strengthening regional relations, in line with the country's commitment as a strategic partner in education and culture. As part of the implementation of the programme, 88 students and 14 teachers from the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Singapore held a visit to Sufri Bolkiah Secondary School in Tutong District.

 

Throughout the visit, the Singaporean students participated in Malay language teaching and learning sessions in the classroom, dialogue sessions with local students, as well as cultural performances by students from both countries.

 

In the afternoon, the participants visited the Eco Ponies Garden in Kampung Lamunin to watch cake making and traditional village style cooking.
