Three local individuals were detained during a police raid on an apartment in Kampong Kiulap on September 15 over alleged involvement in immoral activities.
The Royal Brunei Police Force’s (RBPF) Gambling Suppression and Vice Prevention Unit, Criminal Investigation Department, conducted the raid following information received from the public and subsequent monitoring.
The suspects comprise two women and a man, aged between 21 and 29.
All three, along with evidence seized during the operation, were taken to the Criminal Investigation Department to assist with investigations.
The case is being investigated under Section 294A of the Penal Code, Chapter 22.
The RBPF reminded the public to comply with the law and refrain from activities that contravene it.
