Aryanariz Warriors Academy will compete in the Under-12 Bagandang Football Tournament in Beaufort, Sabah, Malaysia, today.
The academy has fielded two teams, Aryanariz Warriors and Aryanariz Bulldozer, comprising 22 players and six officials.
The contingent will be led by Muhammad Jusli bin Ismail, who will serve as team manager.
The participation is part of Aryanariz Warriors’ efforts to provide young players with greater exposure and competitive experience, while developing their skills, discipline, teamwork and self-confidence through international competition. The tournament is also expected to strengthen ties among participating teams and give young players opportunities to further develop their football talents.
Aryanariz Warriors hopes that preparations and travel arrangements will proceed smoothly, with players delivering their best performances throughout the competition.
The academy also hopes both teams will achieve success and return with valuable experience to support the development of grassroots football in Brunei Darussalam. – James Kon
