Several areas in Brunei-Muara may experience water supply disruptions or low water pressure following urgent repairs to a transmission pipe at KM 116 along Meragang Highway. The Public Works Department (JKR) announced that repair works were underway on Sunday, October 18, to address the issue affecting water supply in several locations.
The affected areas include Kampong Sabun, Muara Town, Muara Port, Serasa Industrial Area, Perpindahan Serasa, Kampong Serasa, the Pulau Muara Besar Industrial Site and surrounding areas.
According to JKR, residents and businesses in these locations may experience temporary water supply interruptions or reduced water pressure while the repair works are being carried out.
Members of the public requiring water tanker services are advised to contact the Darussalam Hotline at 123.
