The Wadokai Karate Open Championship raised its curtains on 20th August 2025. The opening ceremony was held at the Indoor Stadium, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex.
The championship was participated by 11 teams comprising karate clubs under the Brunei Darussalam Karate Federation, the Brunei Darussalam Sports School and athletes from Malaysia.
