The quality of Sungai Tutong's raw water contains very high levels of organic matter, affecting the production of clean water and directly affecting the levels of the Lambak Kanan 1, 2 and 3 reservoirs.
To address the situation, rationing works to raise the tanks' level have been carried out from 11 at night until 4 in the morning. Rationing works are carried out every night until the raw water condition returns to normal.
