The Public Works Department (JKR), Ministry of Development, received complaints regarding water supply disruption in several areas of Belait District, particularly in Mukim Sukang, Mukim Melilas and surrounding areas.
In a statement issued recently, the department noted that they are carrying out investigations to identify the cause of the disruption.
The department has also taken measures to assist some of the affected areas while investigations are ongoing. The JKR said updates will be provided as soon as additional information becomes available, adding that public patience and cooperation are appreciated.
