Water supply to affected areas is expected to resume gradually following the completion of water pipe investigation works at the Tanjung Bunut Kanan Catchment Tank at noon on Monday, the Public Works Department (JKR) said.
The department advised consumers that it may take some time for water supply to fully recover.
Residents in higher-ground areas may continue to experience low water pressure while the system returns to normal.
Households using water filters are also advised to carry out flushing before using or consuming water following the restoration of supply.
Members of the public experiencing water supply problems or requiring water tanker services can contact Darussalam Hotline 123.
