Several working papers were tabled on the second day of the Mini Library Carnival: Symposium and Exhibition at the Brunei History Centre, 10th September morning.
Among the topics tabled was 'Kontroversi dalam Pensejarahan Brunei: Antara Tradisi, Kolonialisme dan Penulisan Semula.' It shared figures who played important roles in challenging narratives that affected the Islamic and Malay identity in Brunei history. Another topic was 'Peranan Perpustakaan Pusat Da'wah Islamiah dalam Pemeliharaan Bahan Sejarah dan Pembudayaan Ilmu', which discussed best practices in library management, collection preservation measures including historical materials.
