In conjunction with World Mental Health Day, Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah Hospital, Tutong District held its celebration. Themed "Access to Mental Health Services During Catastrophes and Emergencies", the celebration took place at the National Isolation Centre Annexe Building at the hospital.
Present was Awang Haji Mohammad Sofian bin Haji Basri, Acting Tutong District Officer. The celebration included a forum titled "Mental Health Awareness in Medical and Islamic Perspectives" which among other things touched on the balance between physical, mental and spiritual health in facing life's stresses. Also held was a World Mental Health Day exhibition.
