The Language and Literature Bureau, through the Literature and Magazine Division, is organising the Young Writers Programme 2025: Short Story Writing Workshop. Held at the Language and Literature Bureau in Berakas, the programme aims to provide continuous encouragement and support to young writers in producing quality literary works.
Present was Awang Suip bin Haji Abdul Wahab, Acting Director of Language and Literature Bureau. The 3-day programme was attended by government department officers and staff, teachers, undergraduates from higher learning institutions, students and individual participants. Through the programme, young writers were guided to work more systematically and in a more focused manner.
