Obedience to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala is the core manifestation of Iman or faith and a reflection of the level of one's faith. Every test faced should be seen as a form of tarbiah from Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala, rather than mere burdens. The matter was among those shared during the Scientific Dialogue for the 24th 'Ilm Series' Programme organised by the Youth Da'ie Volunteer Body with the support of the Youth Religious Programme Secretariat. The program took place at the Islamic Da'wah Centre, 10th May morning.
Over 50 participants attended. The first session of the 'Scientific Dialogue titled “Kisah Nabi Ismail 'Alaihi Salaam - Saat Allah Menguji, Memilih Ketaatan atau Beralasan" was presented by Awang Mohammad Shahmie bin Mohammad Sani, Certified Da'ie of the Brunei Islamic Religious Council, among others, reminding participants to identify the reasons within themselves that prevent them from practicing obedience, and try to leave those reasons by strengthening husnudzon. The second session was the “Refleksi Iman: Aku dan Taat" Workshop.
