Residents in Kampung Panaga took part in the Walk, Cycle, Run 'Kampungku Cergas' Event, Panaga Edition 2000. It took place at Panaga Lagoon.
The event was flagged off by Awang Haji Amirul Hafidzin bin Hj Mohammad, Acting Belait District Officer. Also present was Yang Berhormat Awang Mohammad bin Abdullah @ Lim Swee Ann, Member of the Legislative Council. It began with cycling, followed by the running and walking events. Organised by Panaga A, B and C National Housing Village Consultative Council in collaboration with Brunei Shell Recreational Club, it was held in conjunction with the club's 80th Anniversary Celebration and Family Day.
