Jalan Elizabeth Dua and part of Jalan Sultan 'Omar Ali Saifuddien will be temporarily closed on the 21st of September starting from 4:30 in the morning.
The closure is to give way for the TAIB Empower Run in conjunction with International Women's Day. Road users are advised to take extra caution, and comply with the traffic signs and speed limit.
