The Belait District Youth Information Literacy Programme lowered its curtains with a closing ceremony and certificate presentation. It took place at the Information Department in Berakas, 20th September afternoon.
Certificates were presented to 41 participants by Dayang Siti Bismi Nuruliman binti Haji Awang Emzah, Acting Director of Information. The programme was part of the initiative to produce visionary youths who have strong self-identity and love towards the nation and religion.
