The 2025 Edition of the Wadokai Karate Open Championship, organised by Wadokai Karate Brunei Darussalam lowered its curtains on 2nd August late afternoon, after being held for three days at the Indoor Stadium, Hassanal Bolkiah National Sports Complex in Berakas.
The Wadokai Karate Brunei Darussalam team emerged as the overall champion after winning 22 gold medals, 20 silvers, and 32 bronzes. Second place went to the Shotokan Karate Brunei Darussalam team, while third was claimed by the Shitokai Karate Association of Brunei Darussalam. The prize presentation was officiated by Awang Haji Mohamad Rosfazilah Haji Yusly, Acting Director of the Youth and Sports Department.
