TUARAN (Jan 19): Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Hajiji Noor and his wife Datin Seri Juliah Salag attended an appreciation dinner at Dewan Seri Sulaman here last Saturday.
The event, hosted by Hajiji, was held as a gesture of appreciation and gratitude for the people, party machinery, and state administration for their steadfast support of his leadership and state government in advancing Sabah’s development agenda.
In his address, he expressed his highest appreciation and thanks to all the Sabahans, party machinery, civil servants and stakeholders that continued to place their trust and support in the state government’s efforts to develop Sabah in a planned, inclusive and sustainable manner.
“Political and administrative stability is a crucial prerequisite to ensure policies and development initiatives can be implemented effectively for the benefit of the people.
“I will continue to further strengthen state governance and ensure that development initiatives under the Sabah Maju Jaya 2.0 roadmap are implemented in a more focused and comprehensive manner that is firmly anchored on the real needs of the people,” he said.
The event was further enlivened by performances by artistes such as Rozaimie, Marleynnie, Ray Kimara, MJ Abadey, Misha Omar and Datuk Jamal Abdillah.
