A company was issued a compound fine for violating the Miscellaneous Offences Act 2021, Section 12 (A).
Syarikat Mixrock Sendirian Berhad was fined BND1,000 for an offence of dumping waste by the roadside in Kampung Kiudang, Tutong. The company is required to settle the compound fine within seven days. If in default, the company can be brought to court.
