BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Selasa, 9 Disember. - Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam berkenan mempengerusikan Mesyuarat Lembaga Pengarah Syarikat Minyak Brunei Shell Sendirian Berhad (BSP) Ke-417 dan Mesyuarat Lembaga Pengarah Syarikat Pemasaran Brunei Shell Sendirian Berhad (BSM) Ke-195 bagi Suku Keempat dan Terakhir bagi Tahun 2025, hari ini.
Keberangkatan tiba Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam di bangunan Jabatan Perdana Menteri (JPM) dijunjung oleh Menteri di JPM dan Menteri Kewangan dan Ekonomi II, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd. Amin Liew bin Abdullah dan Timbalan Menteri (Tenaga) di JPM, Yang Mulia Dato Seri Paduka Awang Haji Mohamad Azmi bin Haji Mohd. Hanifah selaku ahli-ahli Lembaga Pengarah BSP dan BSM.
Pada mesyuarat berkenaan, Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam berkenan mengurniakan titah penutup bagi menamatkan Mesyuarat Lembaga Pengarah Syarikat-syarikat Brunei Shell Joint Venture dan Syarikat Brunei Gas Carriers bagi Suku Keempat, Tahun 2025.
Mesyuarat tersebut juga dihadiri oleh pihak-pihak berkepentingan termasuk Shareholder Directors yang mewakili Kerajaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia; Shell plc serta ahli-ahli kepimpinan daripada BSP dan BSM.
Baginda menzahirkan penghargaan atas perbincangan mendalam yang berlangsung mengenai pelan perniagaan syarikat-syarikat berkenaan sepanjang dua hari yang lalu, sambil menekankan kepentingan untuk terus memperkukuhkan daya saing dan ketahanan dalam menghadapi landskap ekonomi dan tenaga yang semakin berubah dan dinamik.
Hal ini adalah mustahak bagi memastikan kelangsungan kejayaan dan nilai jangka panjang bagi syarikat-syarikat tersebut.
Baginda turut menegaskan kepentingan untuk terus memberikan tumpuan terhadap aspek keselamatan, kepimpinan serta pembangunan keupayaan, termasuk membina bakat dan mengukuhkan budaya prestasi yang berterusan.
Kebawah DYMM turut menekankan bahawa komitmen berterusan dalam bidang-bidang ini akan menjadi pemangkin kepada prestasi yang lebih cemerlang serta menyokong aspirasi negara pada masa hadapan.
Mesyuarat juga membincangkan perkara-perkara penting seperti prestasi operasi, keselamatan, kewangan, pembangunan tenaga manusia dan pelan perniagaan bagi BSP dan BSM.
Mesyuarat tersebut menandakan berakhirnya sesi Mesyuarat-mesyuarat Lembaga Pengarah-Pengarah Syarikat-syarikat Brunei Shell Joint Venture dan Syarikat Brunei Gas Carriers bagi Suku Keempat, Tahun 2025.
