Towards fostering awareness of the risks of fraud cases, Baiduri Bank conducted a scam awareness session for its employees. In collaboration with the Cybercrime Investigation Division of the Royal Brunei Police Force the session took place at the bank headquarters.
More than 50 participants from across the organisation took part. It aimed to deepen staff understanding of evolving scam tactics affecting the country, while equipping them with the knowledge to identify warning signs and respond appropriately when customers may be at risk.
