Since its introduction in 2024, The Proudly Brunei Business Awards, PBBA has provided a platform for local enterprises across various sectors to showcase their achievements, strengthen their visibility, and connect with relevant partners and stakeholders within the business ecosystem. Representatives from Business Growth; Youth Entrepreneurs and Women Entrepreneurs in the country received awards of appreciation at the Awards Ceremony. The ceremony was held at the Dewan Mutiara, Mutiara Exchange, Tungku Link.
Present was Dayang Hajah Tutiaty binti Haji Abdul Wahab, Deputy Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, as member of the Brunei Economic Development Board, BEDB. Organised by BEDB, the award is an annual initiative that recognises local enterprises that have demonstrated strong business performance, sound practices, and potential for sustainable growth. The Awards were part of BEDB's wider efforts to support enterprise development and highlight the role of local businesses in contributing to Brunei Darussalam's economic diversification.
