The 44th Meeting of the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Customs, CCC, was officially inaugurated on 5th May morning. The Meeting held until this Thursday is hosted by the Royal Customs and Excise Department, Ministry of Finance and Economy at a hotel in the capital.
The meeting was officiated by Awang Muhammad Azizil Hakim bin Haji Brahim, Acting Controller of Royal Customs and Excise. In his remarks, he highlighted the pivotal role of the CCC in advancing regional economic integration, facilitating trade, and ensuring effective implementation of ASEAN customs initiatives. The meeting served as a valuable platform for constructive dialogue and impactful outcomes that will further advance ASEAN's shared objectives.
