The 11th Exposure Programme for Youth with Potential to Venture into High-Tech Agriculture is hoped to expose the agricultural industry as a profitable business and open up opportunities for youth to venture into the sector. The 13-day programme ended with a Closing Ceremony and Certificate Presentation held at the Rimba Agribusiness Centre, Department of Agriculture and Agrifood.
The certificate presentation was officiated by Awang Haji Noor Azri bin Haji Mohd Noor, Acting Director of Agriculture and Agrifood. The programme also provided exposure to opportunities and procedures in the agricultural field and job placements for participants to gain first-hand experience on selected agricultural farms. The programme is also one of the Department's initiatives towards increasing youth involvement in the agricultural sector.
