To curb immigration offenders in Brunei Darussalam, the Law Enforcement Division, Kuala Belait Branch of the Department of Immigration and National Registration recently carried out two major operations on targeted areas in Mukim Belait and Mukim Liang.
During both operations, the offence found was working not according to the position stated in the passport. In the operation carried out in Mukim Belait, one foreigner was arrested.
Meanwhile, in Mukim Liang, one of seven foreign nationals was arrested and taken to the Law Enforcement Division for further investigation.
