In conjunction with Universiti Teknologi Brunei, UTB's 40th Anniversary Celebration, UTB launched the First Day Cover and Commemorative Stamp Collection. The launching ceremony took place at UTB, 30th June morning.
The launching was officiated by Doctor Awang Haji Azman bin Ahamd, Permanent Secretary for Higher Education at the Ministry of Education. The collection consists of five commemorative stamps priced at 20 cents each, a Miniature Sheet priced at 40 Brunei dollars themed 'UTB Pulse', and a First Day Cover. Also present was Datin Paduka Professor Doctor Dayang Hajah Zohrah binti Haji Sulaiman, Vice-Chancellor of UTB.
