His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, on 6th July morning graced the Presentation of House Keys under the National Housing Scheme for Brunei Muara District. The Ceremony took place at BRIDEX Conference Hall, Jerudong.
Upon arrival, His Majesty was greeted by Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Coordinating Minister for Social and Manpower Policies and Minister of Home Affairs; AND, Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development.
The recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah was led by Pengiran Haji Shahril Azman bin Pengiran Haji Metusin, Syariah Subordinate Court Judge.
Pengiran Md Ameer Mubaarak bin Pengiran Haji Hashim, Acting Brunei Muara District Officer in his welcoming address, among other things, described the presentation of house keys as providing a comfortable place to live in for the recipients.
His Majesty presented the House Keys to 300 recipients.
Doa selamat was read by the Syariah Subordinate Court Judge.
