The Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Brunei Darussalam, held a Reception to commemorate the 102nd Anniversary of the Proclamation of the Republic of Türkiye. The event took place in Gadong, 30th October night.
Representing the Government of His Majesty to the event was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development. In his remarks, His Excellency Professor Doctor Hamit Ersoy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Brunei Darussalam among others outlined that diplomatic ties and friendship between Republic of Türkiye and Brunei Darussalam are bound by shared values, mutual respect and a spirit of solidarity that transcends geographical distance.
